I just want to say that I was very impressed and satisfied with the customer service that was provided by William, our technician. He was able to fix the leak that had came from a busted old copper pipe that was attached to our water softening system and had resulted in flooding our garage. His hard work resulted in the job being completed quickly and efficiently. He was absolutely proffesional & knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable through the entire service. We are going on 8 years and have yet to purchase any store bought and laundry detergent (your product is soap), or clearer with the gifted $500 credit to by your products. We are overall satisfied with our system. One issues is the rods in the system are expensive to replace when needed.

My technician/installer Shane, was incredibly helpful, professional and on time. He was able to get all that needed to be done, quickly and efficiently. Made sure I understood the process and how to take care of the system, was able to answer any questions I had. Overall, great company and tech 👍🏼

Shane was really professional, respectful and made sure I was informed with everything. He talked me through step by step on how to work the systems or if I had any problems he made sure I knew what to do. This was the first time I met Jim, very polite. I took over the house about two years ago. I purchased it from the previous owner.. It took me a year to get adjusted how to handle the house, but there were still questions I needed to know. I asked him if he could answer some questions for me regarding my water system. One of my questions where it was, which one was the best crystals to use for my water system. He explained that the crystals were better for my machine. He gave me several options and explain everything .Easy for me to understand. he also explained that there’s a plan that I can pay every month after that I don’t have to worry about them coming out and servicing my machine, which I thought was a fantastic idea. So he gave me a lot of information that I did not have regarding my water system.. He also assured me that if I had any problems with my machine just to call Customer service and they would be gladly come out and fix the problem. He had a smile, the whole time he was here, and made sure that I understood everything that I could be confident regarding my water system. There were so much I did not know, but I am glad that while he was doing his job, he was answering my questions. I give this person five stars excellent customer service.

Shane just installed the Rain Soft water system. He was professional and very informative. He took the time to explain how the system he installed works, in the kitchen and main connector. He also went over the parts that will need to be replaced in a the 1st and 3rd year. He gave us the start-up cleaning and soaps plus explained how to use them as well. He also made it clear that if I have any questions or concerns to notify the office.

Had a great experience today with my technician Shane. From start to finish, he had me updated with the whole process. He had the answer to any question I had asked. He was very respectful and professional when it came to his job. I even noticed at the end of the job completion. He had picked up the remaining scrap material.
